A child was proven to be attributed to her father after his continuous reneging
In support with the child Lina Ahmed Al-Fishawi The appeals court in Cairo announced the proof that the child Lina Ahmed Al-Fishawi is the daughter of her father who was reneging her for more than two years. In doing this, Al-Fishawi was supported by some of religious preachers. Ahmed Al-Fishawi is an Egyptian actor and director. He climbed upon the fame of his father the Egyptian actor; "Farouk Al-Fishawi" who was accused with many criminal charges before. Despite this fame, he has no influence on the Egyptian Cinema. The submerged actor confessed that he once had an illegal sexual relationship with "Hind Al-Hinawi" which was not marriage. This judgment awarded by the court shall give back the right of attribution to the child, which her own father tried to deprive her from. Moreover, the mother proved to be a noble woman. After, the court proved her daughters attribution to Al-Fishawi, she declared that she is not willing to have any relationship with that man who reneged his own daughter and claims to be a religious conservative person. This award comes after a very long discussions and debates in the Egyptian society. The mother was brave enough to start this battle with the child who misused the fame of his father and his relationship with Muslim preachers to deprive the child form her inherited right of attribution; upon some old traditional beliefs and ideas. Although; he announced that he once had a relationship with the mother.
