The Judges (headed by Consultant Ahmed Shazli, Salah AlGarawani, Hesham Ghazali, Ibrahim Tahan and Dr. Hamdy Halafawy) have announced that the Investment General Authority has to approve the establishment of a new press company.

It also declared that the cabinet's approval to establish new press companies is not longer valid, according to a verdict by the Supreme Constitutional Court.
