This study was written by Gamal Eid, legal researcher and the executive director of the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information.
It contains eleven sections on eleven Arab countries, an overview of the Internet in the Arab world, and recommendations to the Arab governments in an attempt to create a free Internet in the Arab world.
