The State Security Prosecutor considered the renewal of the detention of five activists among those who were arrested on 24 April and released each of:

Second - New investigation with Mohamed El-Sharkawi
Contrary to what was expected, Mohamed El-Sharkawi was surprised when the prosecutor called him to be questioned about the reasons for El-Sharkawi's refusal to re-visit the forensic medical department, rather than open an investigation on the fact that he was tortured and sexually assaulted by policemen in the street and in Kasr El-Nil Police Station.

El-Sharkawi and his lawyers refused to attend the interrogation and declared disputation with this investigator. The dispute case will be referred to the consideration of Qasr El-Nil prosecutor to be litigated.

Lawyers reemphasized their demands mentioned in the communiqué of Mr. Lawyer Amir Salim: http://hrinfo.net/lit/06/pr0530.shtml
Lawyers insisted on the necessity of attending interrogations with the commissioner of Qasr El-Nil police station. They submitted their contact information. El-Sharkawi returned once again to Al-Mahkoum prison in Tora.

Third - Assaulting prisoners in "Agriculture Warehouse" prison:
On transferring four prisoners from Al-Mahkoum prison in Tora to the "Agriculture Warehouse" prison due to the limited number of disciplinary solitary cells, security forces assaulted the four prisoners and dragged them along the ground. The four prisoners are: "Dr. Gamal Abdul Fattah, Ashraf Ibrahim, Bahaa Saber and Saad Abdullah" under the supervision of a major ranked officer called "Monier".

The Maadi prosecutor summoned Dr. Gamal Abdul Fattah to investigate the incident of assaulting him and inspecting the dirty cells, they were imprisoned in while in "Agriculture Warehouse" prison. Despite its decision to refer them to the forensic medical department to prove the marks of assault, the administration of the prison refused to implement the command of the prosecutor. Moreover, "Bahaa Saber" is still detained in a disciplinary cell and deprived from medicine which he needs for his kidneys whereon policemen hit him while transferring the prisoners.
