On the other hand, the International Association for Defending Political Prisoners issued a release on the arrest of the former political prisoner, Maatok el Aire after a series of harassments he subjected to lately. Siege The authorities insist on practicing security force with the civil society organizations. They put their force on the Tunisian Alliance for Defending Human Rights and the Tunisian Public Union for Work. They call upon the authorities to work hard to find the disappeared journalist and send him back again to his family as soon as possible, and investigate with those responsible. Prosecutions The defense committee for the Syrian oppositionist Dr. Kamal Labwany, founder of the Liberal Democratic Assembly, presented an appeal to the court order no. 230, on (10/5/2007) issued by the Criminal Court in Damascus. The first release on the assassination of two new journalists in Baghdad, with the second on an Iraqi announcer returned to conscious, in which she has received fire shots in an assassination process in April 29, 2007. On the other hand, the Press Freedoms Observatory issued a release on the assassination of "Sahar el Haidary", the reporter in the independent agency for news (Iraq Voices), the Iraqi national agency for news (Nina) and Press Institute for War and Peace (IWPR) in Iraq, by anonymous gun men. Protecting Civilians Gun men in all sections of Gaza Strip purse to attack all Palestinians. They did immediate executions, physical torture, throwing people from the high buildings, executing the injured in front of the hospitals, broke into houses, mosques and the headquarters of security apparatuses and ministries, moreover the civil society and national organizations, and hospitals turned to be an area for killing between the two sides. Non-Governmental Organizations Network against Security Disorder and Protecting Human Rights, which joins 26 Palestinian rights organizations, urge the national and Islamic authorities and men of religious and reformation for an immediate response to stop the harsh practiced violations against all values and principles and prohibit fights. They urge also the national and Islamic authorities to drive away the gun men from the entries of hospitals, to treat the injured in side them without interference. The civilians living in the camp, whom are Palestinian refugees living in Lebanon for a long time, are subjected to ill-treatment due to the fighting between the armed group Fatah al- Islam and the Lebanese army, who laid siege on the camp. The reports stated the security directorates' restrictions in accepting candidates' papers, the interference to prevent some candidates from presenting their papers, the committee chooses the candidates of the parties according to its opinion and arresting some candidates and their supporters. Finally, the voters didn't use the phosphoric ink, the stations were void from curtains and distributing the electoral bribes (financial and material), which leads to returning the phenomenon of blackening cards. It reminds with the incidents happened during the referendum on the former constitutional reformations. Then, does all what has been monitored in the reports, is it called elections? Does the facts in these reports, gives the elections its legality or even declare that it is called elections? Moreover, it calls for sending letters to the Minister of Justice and the Prime Minister demanding the freedom for the political prisoners and stop all judicial inquiries related to Fateh May arrests. Moreover, all the lawyers members in the association and public democratic lawyers demands defending all Fateh May prisoners, starting by defending Akadeer prisoners on June 19 court session and the ten prisoners prosecuted in Beny Malal on June 18 court session. On the same context, the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information (HRinfo) issued a release declaring its complete liability with the Moroccan Association for Human Rights and the Moroccan civil society activists. Though, it calls for their freedom with the other prisoners, convicted for practicing their right to organization and free opinion. In consequence, HRinfo expresses its fear for a drawback of democratic openness hasn't been clear yet.
