    The citizen's right to share information and sue in the environmental field.
    Issued by; Habi center for environmental rights
    Its topic: the book introduces he "ARHES" Agreement text. Though, the agreement is in the European region, the topic presented in it regarding the right to share information and the citizen's right to sue, the environmental decisions made the agreement one of the most important documents issued on the regional or international level. It is not limited to confess the citizens' rights but, it draws nececary steps to effectuate these rights, s it identifying the agreement to the Arabic Region is a must.
