Brief: Cyberlaw is a Creative Expression represented nearly by 1996, and granted to refer to the legal regulation of Internet, Electronic, Digitalism and Communications services, which became a new interested branch of law.
Historically, this expression (Cyberlaw) has derived From The Literary Word 'Cyberspace', which has been adopted by a Canadian Science Fiction Writer 'William Gibson' in his 1984 Novel (The Neu-Romancer) and latter Cyberlaw became as a Phenomenon in Human Science Studies.
In Arab World, There is a limited existence of Cyberlaw, on the Legislative, Judicial, Academic & Administrative area. However, it's obvious that there's attempt to represent the must of such area of law to deal with Internet relations which has been convinced by the ability of Arab doctrine to study and deal with this new branch. Therefore, The International Conference of Cyberlaw becomes an academic & practical Initiative to be held here.
