" Ali Al- Abdullah " Arrest for the sake of arresting and the systems belonging to the past

The president during some of his meetings with western media stated that Atasi Forum is one of the public forums in which different opinions are stated and different views which reflects the political movement of different NGOs and political trends either opposition or not.
Ali Al-Abdullah is one of this forum activists and civil society activists. Hi being present at all the activities supporting modernization and development which support human rights was not exceptional. He used to support the people in front of exceptional courts and in all the peaceful sitting ins calling for ending the injustice against the civil society and the symbols of the political democratic movement in The country.
It seems that the word he presented in stead of the general monitor of the Muslims brotherhood is the hair which ended every thing up . H was asked to deliver the speech in front of the political and public characters by the forum administration.
Besides this word and the programme summary proposed by the brotherhood were not surprising to all the present. People. Or to the political scene in Syria. There is no NGO, political character or human right activist or political party did not hear about this programme through the e-mails and faxes. It is also accessible through almost all the well known web-sites.
It would be so nice if we knew which red lines did Mr. Ali Al-Abdullah passed and the causes for this kidnap and why do they surround his house by armed forces who did not define themselves to him or to his family, till he himself appeared after a few days at one of the security branches. Here we are wondering about the practices while we always receive news about reforms and stopping the security interference in citizens life.
The security forces violated and exceeded their authorities in arresting people and the ways they did those arrests. Neglecting the president's directions which are being repeated daily through formal media. These arrests in themselves hinder the democratic transfer and at least deepen the popularity and the picture of the country. It gives reasons to loosen the trust among different political and patriotic parties and loosen the trials to find common strings among them all to empower the homeland especially during these historical moments in which we live and on which the future and freedom of this country depend.
Based on our care for this homeland and only for this let the security systems stop interfering in citizens' life and the first priority during this period is to close the political detainees file not to reopen it again. This is a way which is no more accepted anymore on all levels and is not accepted by all the laws, registrations, nor the modern concepts. We say that may God protect us from these policies for some decades. If Ali Al-Abdullah's arrest is an alarm ,it won't be in favor of the country and its unity.
The arrest violates the conventions protecting freedom of expression which Syria ratified. And is considered to be a window and delete all the current laws against them. Either the exceptional or any other laws. And as Ali Al-Abdullah is detained for expressing some opinion, so his immediate release is asked and will help retrieving the tension from which our homeland suffers internally and externally.
We are waiting Mr. Ali to be back among us as all the reasons for his arrest are so weak and if he had been punished for his peaceful activities, the security should arrest more people other than him while we all in this country are Ali Al-Abdullah.
