Book Name:A project for constitutional reform in Egypt
Issued by: Cairo Center for Human Rights Research.
This book tackles the cause of constitutional reform in Egypt as the governmental speech still refuses opening such a file based on the opinion saying" it's not the right time"

The state did not say why democracy would lead to instability. The stability to be guarded and evaluated is not that which destroys the living cells of the community

It's not that thing which confiscates the regular change process and sustained reform. The ultimate concentration on stability rather than the legitimacy and the legal guarantees to human rights will lead to so bad results on all levels.

The book contained a paper presented in the seminar arranged by the cultural committee in the press syndicate at the occasion of 50 years on 23rd of July revolution. The seminar was titled" the future of democracy and social conflict in Egypt"
