Name of the Book : Workers, official and judiciary verdicts

Subject: A series of information to raise workers' awareness to human rights, providing them with tools, which maintain them to have their rights and freedoms. Moreover, discuss judicial verdicts, workers and officials had to know, professional conditions' guarantees, in which determines 17 judicial verdicts stated by different Egyptian courts such as mine and quarry workers' rights, investigation with workers and officials' guarantees, main rules in transportation, delegation and promotion decisions, contract's relations and accidents of labor advocacy guarantees and workers and officials' right to add 80% of the unstable wages, for the five allowances, to the basic wages when retiring on pension, due to resignation. Finally, the committee calls upon all workers and officials, who obtained verdicts, which determine principles respect their rights, to send a copy from the verdict to insert it in the next edition.

It identifies torture cases due to professional mistakes, clauses from international covenants and laws, which identifies doctors' attitude towards torture crimes and presenting the model instrument to write medical reports in different cases of torture.
This manual presented in French by the support (financial and technical) of the Ministry of Liability and Health in France and the AVRE Public Administration for Health, however, the Arabic version of the manual presented by the Arabic Committee for Human Rights.

Name of the Book : drawing back injustice

Subject: the book covers the accident of gas infiltration happened in Bhopal (India) from 20 years. A gas infiltration happened in a factory of extinctive blasts, where 7000 workers died, later 15000 died and many others suffered from chronic diseases led to feebleness and disability, moreover it did not correspond to medication. Until this time, the laboratory of the factory is still unclean. Relatively, the Amnesty International Organization demands cleaning the laboratory immediately, giving the victims the right to complain with no restrictions, declaring the injury they witnessed and confessing it, presenting indemnities to their kindred and punishing the responsible authorities for the disaster. Moreover, Amnesty calls for putting an international domain for human rights, which could directly practiced on corporations. It is an attempt to provide victims of human rights' violations with complete justice and welfare.
